My name is Sandy du Plessis.

I am an Emergency Medical Technician. Although I have now retired from the ambulance service, I am still registered and in good standing with the Health Professions Council of South Africa

I have three adult children who I consider my best friends and two grandchildren who are the love of my life.

Over the years, in addition to Emergency Medicine, I became involved with many wonderful young people who had both personal and behavioral problems and developed great relationships with some of the parents of those same young people. 

I now use the internet to share my knowledge and experiences with anyone who has a need for the information.
